We hope you love everything you order from us, but don’t worry, if something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the item.
Terms & Conditions of returns and exchanges:
1. We will only accept refunds or exchanges for the items that are returned in the condition they are received. These terms include:
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or makeup stains)
- no rips, pulls or tears
- The Frock maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.
2. There are no returns on final sale items. These include, but are not limited to:
- Customized T’s
- Saddle Belts
- Seat Belts
- Tuxe Body Wear
3. Saddle Belt & Seat Belt promotions only apply if the dress bought at time of purchase is not returned.
4. Size and color exchanges are permitted within the same style as purchased. Exchanges are approved upon request and are subject to availability. If preferred size or color is out of stock a store credit or refund may be issued.
5. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from when we receive your package (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Returns and exchanges must be made via Frock returns on our website and sent back within 30 days from date of purchase. If there are any shipping delays along the way, please let us know via email- sisters@thefrockNYC.com.
Please note: For Frock returns $5.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Returns labels are for domestic returns only.
