To all of you our customers and community,

We are sending through wishes of love and warmth, health and hope.

We are staying up to date with the latest news regarding COVID-19 and ensuring that we do our part. The health and wellbeing of our team, our customers and our community at large is of most importance and as such, The Frock in accord with the “New York State on PAUSE” will close our studio and production spaces. The closure will remain in place until the situation surrounding Coronavirus stabilizes and the “NYS on PAUSE” guidelines no longer apply.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

If you have any questions regarding online shopping, or about an order already placed please reach out to our customer service team at sisters@thefrocknyc.com. We will be available to answer all enquiries via email during regular working days, Monday through Friday.
If you have sent us an Instagram DM to @thefrocknyc and have not received a response, we are so sorry! We are working hard to get to as many DM’s as possible. If you need a prompt response please email our customer service team.

SHIPPING:

In line with the guidelines of closures of all essential businesses and social distancing requirements The Frock will have one member from our shipping and receiving team sending out your orders.
We are striving to send out your shipments 3 times per week. We deeply appreciate your patience as we work to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

Shipping transit times are experiencing delays and orders can sometimes take between 10-12 business days to reach you.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

As detailed, The Frock will have one member from our shipping and receiving team accepting your returns and exchanges.

Due to shipping delays returns and exchanges can take up to 10 -14 days to process.
We endeavor to process your returns and exchanges once they reach the studio on a three-time per week basis. We are extending return days to accommodate all unanticipated delays with orders.

If any relevant changes occur within the coming days or weeks our team will update you. We are here for you during this time, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
