SHIPPING:

Our shipping team is practicing safe hand hygiene and wearing the appropriate protective gear before sending out your orders.

We are striving to send out your shipments daily. Shipments delays can occur due to changes within USPS, we deeply appreciate your patience as we work to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

The Frock shipping and receiving team will be accepting returns and exchanges daily.

As detailed above, with shipping delays occurring due to changes within USPS we are extending return days to accommodate all unanticipated delays with orders.
